Les versions 3.01 et antérieures de Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS) pour Windows sont concernées. Un attaquant distant et non authentifié peut envoyer une URL spécialement conçue vers le port 2002 pour provoquer le plantage du module d'administration ou exécuter du code arbitraire sur le système. Cette attaque est relativement facile à réaliser car elle ne nécessite qu'un accès réseau et aucune interaction de l'utilisateur.
