Les utilisateurs de Konversation 0.15 sont concernés par une faille dans la fonctionnalité « Quick Buttons » lors de la gestion des noms de canaux. Un attaquant distant peut forcer votre client à exécuter des commandes IRC non autorisées simplement en vous envoyant un nom de canal spécialement conçu. Cette attaque est facile à réaliser car elle ne nécessite aucune authentification et peut être déclenchée via le réseau.

The Quick Buttons feature in Konversation 0.15 allows remote attackers to execute certain IRC commands via a channel name containing "%" variables, which are recursively expanded by the Server::parseWildcards function when the Part Button is selected.
