Les versions 4.0, 4.1 et 4.2 de GE Healthcare Centricity DMS contiennent un mot de passe administratif codé en dur ou par défaut pour le compte « Museadmin ». Un attaquant ayant un accès au réseau peut utiliser ces identifiants pour obtenir un contrôle administratif total du système, sans nécessiter d'authentification préalable ni d'interaction avec l'utilisateur. Cela permet une compromission complète de la confidentialité, de l'intégrité et de la disponibilité du système.
