Les stations de travail GE Healthcare Centricity PACS (versions 4.0 et 4.0.1) contiennent des identifiants codés en dur pour les utilisateurs Administrator et IIS. Un attaquant ayant un accès au réseau peut utiliser ces mots de passe pour prendre le contrôle total du système, lui permettant ainsi de lire, modifier ou supprimer n'importe quelle donnée. Cette exploitation est triviale à réaliser car elle ne nécessite ni authentification ni interaction de l'utilisateur.
