Plusieurs versions de Microsoft Windows sont concernées par une faille dans la manière dont le système gère les polices Adobe Type Manager. Un attaquant peut exécuter du code arbitraire sur votre machine en vous incitant à ouvrir ou à visualiser un fichier de police OpenType spécialement conçu à cet effet. Cela ne nécessite ni authentification ni privilèges particuliers, bien que l'attaquant doive réussir à transmettre le fichier malveillant à votre système via le réseau.
