Les anciennes versions d'Adobe Flash Player et d'Adobe AIR sur Windows, macOS et Linux sont vulnérables à la corruption de mémoire. Un attaquant peut exploiter cette faille via un réseau pour exécuter du code arbitraire ou provoquer le plantage de l'application, prenant ainsi le contrôle total du système affecté. Cette attaque est facile à réaliser et ne nécessite ni authentification ni privilèges particuliers.
