Le wrapper binaire `scala-bin` est affecté car il télécharge des ressources via le protocole HTTP non chiffré. Un attaquant positionné sur votre réseau (une attaque de l'homme du milieu) peut remplacer ces ressources par du code malveillant afin d'exécuter des commandes sur votre système. Cela ne nécessite ni authentification ni interaction de l'utilisateur, bien que l'attaquant doive disposer du positionnement réseau nécessaire pour intercepter et modifier votre trafic.

scala-bin is a binary wrapper for Scala. scala-bin downloads binary resources over HTTP, which leaves it vulnerable to MITM attacks. It may be possible to cause remote code execution (RCE) by swapping out the requested binary with an attacker controlled binary if the attacker is on the network or positioned in between the user and the remote server.
