Le logiciel HPE Edgeline Infrastructure Manager est affecté par une faille qui permet à un attaquant de contourner entièrement l'authentification. Un attaquant distant peut exploiter cette vulnérabilité via le réseau, sans avoir besoin d'identifiants ni d'interaction de l'utilisateur, pour exécuter des commandes arbitraires avec un accès privilégié. Cela peut mener à une compromission complète du système, incluant la possibilité de modifier les configurations ou de provoquer un déni de service.

A security vulnerability has been identified in the HPE Edgeline Infrastructure Manager, also known as HPE Edgeline Infrastructure Management Software. The vulnerability could be remotely exploited to bypass remote authentication leading to execution of arbitrary commands, gaining privileged access, causing denial of service, and changing the configuration.
