affecte le sous-système netfilter du noyau Linux, plus précisément la manière dont il gère les règles de filtrage réseau. Un utilisateur local disposant de privilèges de base peut exploiter une erreur de gestion de la mémoire pour potentiellement faire planter le système ou obtenir un contrôle administratif complet. L'attaque nécessite un accès local à la machine et ne requiert l'interaction d'aucun autre utilisateur pour réussir.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nft_set_rbtree: skip sync GC for new elements in this transaction New elements in this transaction might expired before such transaction ends. Skip sync GC for such elements otherwise commit path might walk over an already released object. Once transaction is finished, async GC will collect such expired element.
