Les sites Joomla utilisant des versions de Balbooa Forms antérieures à la 2.4.3.2 sont vulnérables à la falsification des paiements. Un attaquant non authentifié disposant d'un accès réseau peut manipuler les paramètres de requête pour acheter n'importe quel article à un prix arbitraire, comme un centime, en falsifiant le montant total envoyé à la passerelle de paiement. Comme le système ne vérifie pas à nouveau les prix côté serveur et ne nécessite aucune interaction de l'utilisateur, cet exploit est simple à exécuter.

Joomla Extension - balbooa.com - Pre-auth Payment Amount Tampering in Balbooa Forms < 2.4.3.2 - The stripeCharges and payAuthorize endpoints accept the charge total from a client-controlled request parameter and forward it to the payment gateway without recomputing it from the form's configured product prices. Neither endpoint enforces authentication or CSRF checks. An unauthenticated attacker can purchase any priced item for an arbitrary amount (e.g., $0.01), and can additionally forge line items, quantities, and shipping.
